How to cancel your order

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order yourself, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

To cancel your order:

Check the confirmation email you received after your purchase.

Click on the "View your order" or "Track your order" button.

On your order status page, click on "Cancel order."

Confirm the cancellation.

The refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within the next few days.

Important: cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet shipped. Once it has shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure.
